【Job Description】
The position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of roadmap for purchasing systems & tools, provides diversified purchasing data analysis to category sourcing and BP team to strengthen the decision making of sourcing strategy. The candidate also needs to work closely with North Asia purchasing excellence head to gain in-depth understanding of the stakeholder needs and drive improvements on overall transparency of procurement data from all dimensions.
Ÿ Leads and plays as co-pilot with functional stakeholders on the procurement excellence initiatives along with the leading market trend in North Asia Zone
Ÿ Leads the establishment and implementation of L’oreal indirect procurement eco-system in S2C and P2P under the global procurement system roadmap to achieve remarkable improvements on process efficiency as well as stakeholder satisfaction
Ÿ Performs as the key user of procurement systems and facilitate the system enhancements and issue resolution with global IT and procurement
Ÿ Leads the procurement technology, ensuring best-in-class tools are leveraged in North Asia zone. Looks ahead to define a digital procurement platform that aligns to L’oreal’s future requirements. Build and deploy with IT to ensure the process efficiency & accuracy, data transparency and compliance
Ÿ Develops and implements the procurement data governance roadmap to present procurement data in visualized dashboards, metrics and KPIs throughout the P2P process and ensure the consistency of datasets among different systems Ÿ
Responsible for maintaining procurement master data in a structured way
Requirements of competencies:
Ÿ 8+ years working experience in procurement or procurement consulting
Ÿ Relationship Building: Builds constructive working relations characterized by a high level of inclusion, cooperation and mutual respect
Ÿ Adaptability & Innovation: Proactively and willingly adapts to changing business needs and conditions and presents creative and fresh ideas on problem solving, gain efficiencies and improve quality

Ÿ Analytical: Deep understanding of the supply market and category spend drivers
Ÿ People Management: Leading and developing the team and to ensure structured and clear roles and responsibilities carried with broad and good collaborations
Ÿ Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, experience of operating Power BI is a plus
