We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience at The Park Cafe. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
As a Bartender, in return, you will be rewarded with:

Main responsibilities of the role:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

The Park Café sees Richard Corrigan’s grand return to Dublin, and we couldn’t be happier to be here. We’re all about good food and a good time, serving up the Park on a Platter. Our produce comes fresh daily from our Co. Cavan Farm, Virginia Park Lodge – from seasonal greens to our plum pudding piglets, our food is a fresh as can be. Upstairs sees The Park Bar, where you can find plenty of the black stuff, rare Irish whiskey’s from Richard’s cabinet, a place to watch the game and more.
