Research & Development Officer [Pakistan]


 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Research and Development Manager who can lead and direct the research and development (R&D) programs to meet organizational needs and capitalize on potential new services, and ideas. You will be responsible for developing and implementing R&D procedures and techniques, analyzing results, and providing recommendations based on findings.

As a Research and Development Manager, you should have a strong background in R&D, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to align R&D objectives with business goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Developing objectives and designing research strategies and proposals.

· Formulating and conducting experiments, performing data collection, and analyzing and evaluating test and research results.

· Replicating, evaluating, refining research strategies and approaches, recommending improvements, testing, customizing, and implementing new methods and procedures.

· Responding to research questions, troubleshooting problems, developing and writing advanced experimental protocols, monitoring ongoing strategies, and proposing and implementing changes.

· Suggesting training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development

· Proposing techniques to improve quality and team productivity.

· Developing and following standard operating procedures, and adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

· Document all phases of research and development.

Requirements:

· A bachelor's degree from a reputed University

· Proven work experience as a Research and Development Manager or a similar role.

· Knowledge of R&D systems, tools, and techniques.

· Knowledge of research principles, concepts, and practices.

· Computer literacy and strong analytical, and research skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
