Operational Support Officer - Permanent
We are looking for an Operational Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive Client Services team.
Whakatairangatia ngā kete o te mātauranga ki te ao mārama! E te tai whakarunga, e te tai whakararo – nau piki mai, nau kake mai ki te Mana Tohu Mātauranga o Aotearoa.

The team provides a key role across the Quality Assurance Division. We support the business units within the division with operational and administrative tasks and provide a link to the division's client base. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective operations, delivery of outcomes, and a high standard of customer service.
Skills and experience

Do you have:

• Initiative and a ‘can do' attitude
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A clear eye for detail
• A broad range of computer-based skills
• A great sense of humour

You will need to demonstrate experience and success in a customer facing role providing operational support and/or business administration. You will have a high level of expertise in the use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing software, and can demonstrate the ability to operate in a high transactional and fast-paced environment.
