Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative drives order Management and design, handling operational performance within an assigned portfolio of customers, and works on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama
What you will do
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Monitor order fulfillment of packaging material and additional material.
- Manage all steps of Order Fulfillment Packaging Material operations: management, design, administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
- Create synergy with internal functions like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service
- Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement activities from customer perspective
- Focused KPI´s (customer dashboard)
- Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfill it
- Drive value added activities with direct impact to customers cost reductions
- Drive forecasting process with the customer
- Build customer relationship as customer facing position
- Understand Supply Chain activities
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong business understanding and customer service
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – advanced Excel and PowerPoint), SAP R/3
- Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multitask
- WCM methodology is a plus
