WHAT IS YOUR ROLE ABOUT?
- To always ensure boiler operate at safe operation and compliance of Factory & Machinery Act requirements.
- To perform and support the maintenance of boiler steam.
- To develop and to validate analytical test methods of boiler mechanical machinery maintenance.
- To perform utilities boiler machinery maintenance
- To in charge of modification project of the boiler steam and etc.
- To immediate report to the immediate superior at any unsafe act which could lead to boiler malfunction or damage to the boiler.
- To ensure boiler work area is in housekeeping and safe to operate.
- To record down all require parameters for checking and verification purpose by management and JKKP Officer.
- To prepare and carry out necessary maintenance work for boiler inspection by machinery department.
- To record boiler chemical consumptions and report of the stock levels to the immediate superior.
- To responsible daily gas consumption and feedback to superior.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by superior and the management from time to time.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM (preferably Science stream) / “O” Level or equivalent.
- Must possess valid JKKP registered Boilerman certificate.
- At least 3-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
