Customer Services Representative [Pakistan]


 

CSR is required for the Evening Shift (02:00 PM and 10:00 PM) in Cavalry Ground, Lahore Office based position who will be responsible for:

  • Manage incoming phone calls of the customers
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Ensure to generate complaints to the relevant department on a timely manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Perform data analysis in MS Excel and relevant tools
  • Handle multiple customer interaction platforms
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the senior management.
  • One Year surety bond need to be signed by the successful candidate.

Salary Range - 20k to 35k
