CSR is required for the Evening Shift (02:00 PM and 10:00 PM) in Cavalry Ground, Lahore Office based position who will be responsible for:
- Manage incoming phone calls of the customers
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Ensure to generate complaints to the relevant department on a timely manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Perform data analysis in MS Excel and relevant tools
- Handle multiple customer interaction platforms
- Other duties as and when assigned by the senior management.
- One Year surety bond need to be signed by the successful candidate.
