Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assisting guests with seating arrangements and providing menu recommendations
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
