- Calling customer for feedback
- Handling Clients Queries (received on e-Mail, Phone Calls etc..)
- Serching data online for hunting new clients.
- collecting dadta and sending product samples.
- Any other tasks delegated from time to time pertaining to the Job Role.
- Online customer queires attending and resolving.
- Cold calling new customers.
