PRIMARY PURPOSE
This job holder will be responsible of creating visual images for an exceptional range of creative, technical and documentary purposes. The video snappers will use their creative and technical capabilities to capture and edit photos and videos of properties or communities and business requirements.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
Guide sales Agents to establish the desired feel and look for the sales videos.
Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects.
Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video.
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in film editing or related degree is required.
Experience:
2 years Proven professional shooting experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Creative experience as a photographer, filming and videography.
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
