We are looking for an experienced Foreman – that has previous experience with day to day coordination of our site workforce to ensure delivery of programme of works is maintained in accordance with project requirements. The hours of work will be typically Monday – Friday (7am-5pm), but may include weekends/overtime as needed) e.g. Minimum 44 hours per week but up to 60 hours.
You will need to provide leadership and supervision of a team, to achieve productivity, programme, safety and quality requirements of our contracts.
We require a smooth running site by participating in site related logistical activities such as, but not limited to:-
- Traffic management

On a daily basis duty includes:
Lead by example- Explore ways to enhance own and team’s way of working for the benefit of the business
- Scope jobs prior to your team arriving onsite, make necessary changes in consultation with the Supervisor/Engineer
- Contribute to daily briefings
- Maintain a daily diary keeping accurate records for hourly paid employees, materials & equipment
What you MUST have:
The FLEXIBLITY to travel nationally, if required. ALL expenses paid.- Have a good attitude, a willingness to learn and be reliable
- Full Class 1 driver License
- Experience in Supervising construction site workers & coordinating subcontractors on site
