We are looking for 2 Complaint Associates – one for a permanent position and the other for a 12 months’ temporary position.
Do you have experience with complaint handling of medical products, with a pharmaceutical background and thrive working with administrative tasks? Would you like to be part of a department responsible for investigation of customer complaints and making sure products live up to Novo Nordisk high quality standards? If so, you may be the person we are looking for.
The positions
As a Complaint Associate your responsibilities include:
- Evaluation of written customer complaints in the system, visual examination of samples, case investigation and responding to customer complaints on Novo Nordisk products to stakeholders
- Testing and examination of physical samples as well as maintaining written correspondence within headquarters, affiliates, and production sites globally during the investigation phase of the complaint
- Over time there will be possibilities to participate in projects and take on areas of responsibility
Furthermore, you will assist the team with other administrative activities such as receiving, archiving, and preparing shipment of our complaint samples to our production sites globally. You will be part of an open-space office environment located in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, the candidate must:
- Have an education as a nurse, paramedic, pharmacy technician, pharmaconomist, medical secretary, laboratory technician/assistant or similar, however this is not required.
- Have excellent IT skills, are used to, and motivated to work with administrative tasks in a structured and effective manner, since all investigations and documentation must be recorded in our systems.
- Thrive to work focused with case management and are used to handle complaints in systems with changing priorities and short deadlines
- Be fluent in Danish (written and verbal) and a satisfactory level in English, since all the written correspondence in the process will be in English
- Familiarity with Novo Nordisk Products and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage
Personally, you are known for your drive, positive mindset, flexibility, and persistence. You are structured, organized, and have a social mind-set.
About the department
Customer Complaint Center is part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization. We are more than 40 colleagues organized into 3 different departments and we are looking for a new employee to the case handling department for Flex Pen and Single Dose Device. You will be part of a team consisting of 15 dedicated administrative employees and 3 student workers.
